rubiRed strawberry cakes. : D

these cakes are my prized fave so far in this lil adventure.

these are white cupcakes with white whipped frosting and a strawberry on top. very simple and heavenly.
but in a small bite-sized taste. mmm
these weren't not made from scratch. all my cakes should be....but when i go home will try to make that be possible for all of future, for now box cakes will be suitable and good practice. ;)
but on the agenda next is pistachio cakes!!
and these will be needed to be made out of scratch...so be ready for that coming soon!

délicieux red velvet heaven.

i've never tried red velvet before, but they are quite popular. so my curiousity insisted i try these.... but i do wanna remake them in the more traditional way cuz i put coconut pecan frosting on top. which was very good, but still need to make them normal just for the record. ;)

well hello mateys!!

so im thinking about taking this blog in a new direction....

i will be creating many different kinds and varieties of cupcakes. (with possible exceptions)

nothing will be repeated. and there will always try to make something new, different, and more challenging.

i will start with showing off my first cupcakes....

banana with cinnamon honey frosting....



delicious....cept i screwed up the frosting. :0 "don't i repeat do not completely melt the butter"
....this will make your frosting become soupy over time. and make the cakes soggy.

haha oh wells i learned my lesson from that.

its almost to the point where i have no desire to pursue any new relationships.
