Our generation has the ability to know everything. We constantly have so much new information being thrown at us. We have pick and choose where we spend our time. I don't know if it is just me, but I find it overwhelming sometimes. I want to know everything! But I can't do it all at the same time. Our brains just don't work like that...
I like this painting by James Pollock. It expresses how i feel about information overload. A big mess of confusion and frustration. I really just enjoy this painting. I think I will add it to list of favorites. I can already think of how I would like to incorporate this idea into my own artwork. I have been feeling very artistic lately. I want to paint. Too bad I must study. :[

I recently just found this off of the Nylon Myspace. I have started getting into electronic music more. I think they are really good. Here is their myspace. Although this one does not have my favorite song vanquished.

Listening to them takes me to another place...it is very trippy. Definitely going on my iPod.

As most people know, I am completely addicted to coffee. Just the thought of a nice warm cup is enough to get me out of bed. After reading this article, I just might have to start drinking even more. I am always looking for a new excuse to drink it.
